Mark Cuban—owner of the Dallas Mavericks and regular on the hit series Shark Tank—is indicating that he’s giving serious consideration to a presidential campaign in 2020. He supported Hillary Clinton during the 2016 election and has been critical of Donald Trump, calling Trump the “Zoolander president” in March 2017. In a recent Fox News interview, Cuban revealed that if he were to throw his name into the ring in 2020, it’d likely be as a Republican candidate. “I think there’s a place for somebody who is socially a centrist, but I’m very fiscally conservative,” Cuban said. That, of course, would give Trump a legitimate primary challenger, which is a rare occurrence for a sitting POTUS. Cuban added that he was far from making a final decision, but he does have some early backing on Social. Over the last 30 days, “Mark Cuban + President” has a 74 percent positive score. —Alex Shultz
